Welcome to MDE!

In order to register your child to attend MDE in the Fall, it will be necessary for you to provide the following documents:

Copy of Student's Birth Certificate or Passport
Copy of Student's Social Security Card
Immunization Records
Proof of Residency - property tax receipt, mortgage payment booklet, copy of lease - utility bills are not acceptable
Most recent Report Card

You will receive a packet that includes all other necessary forms/documents for registration. Please return all forms to the office.
